We issue all our staff with mobile phones which connect them to the PASS System which is an industry-leading home care management system. This effective system allows us to monitor and check, in real time, when a carer arrives and leaves a client and to see the notes being made on all aspects of the care plan, including medication and medical condition.
These care notes can also be made available to designated family members so that they have the information to ensure their loved one is happy and safe.
