Clinical and training background
Wendy brings 35 years of experience in health and social care, including 25 years with the NHS. She has supported older people’s services and worked closely with residential, EMI (Elderly Mentally Infirm) and nursing homes to improve dementia care and help teams build practical coping strategies. Wendy is also a qualified trainer in medication administration and moving and handling, helping ensure carers follow safe, confident practice in every home.
