At the beginning of June, we celebrated our 7th birthday at Beloved Homecare. We enjoyed a slice of cake in the office with our incredible care team and gave everyone a well-deserved bottle of bubbly as a small token of our appreciation for everything they do for us and our clients. We loved having everyone together to celebrate and it was great to see so many faces in the office. We may be biased, but we really do have the best team helping us to provide the outstanding home care services that we’re known for throughout Manchester.

When we first embarked upon our home care journey back in 2015, we could only imagine how much of a difference our home care services would make to elderly, convalescing and disabled clients in Manchester. We know how much of a difference seeing a familiar face and having a good rapport with a carer can make, so continuity for our clients is always at the forefront of our decision-making when creating rotas for our care team.
Expanding partnerships
Not only do we pride ourselves on delivering excellent care at home to our clients, supporting both their physical and mental health, but our care extends to the wider family. We’re on hand to offer advice and guidance to family members and our partners play a crucial role in this. From Age UK Trafford to Skills For Care, all of our partners help us to provide the reliable care services that our clients and their families depend on. Over the years, we have developed and nurtured new partnerships, and each of our partners is invaluable to us for different reasons.
Implementing technology
Technology plays more of a role in day-to-day life than ever before and as a care agency, we use technology to our advantage. ‘Old fashioned’ ways of doing things have been replaced with an industry-leading home care management system to improve everyday operations.
The PASS system we now use allows us to monitor care services in real-time and this can enhance quality of life for those who are receiving support by minimising many of the risks associated with home care. Eliminating paperwork prevents incorrect records too and ultimately, ensures a greater level of care is being provided
We know that care should also be delivered with full transparency to prevent any concerns and using technology helps us to keep close family in the loop. All care plans and notes can be made visible to designated family members, and this can provide complete peace of mind.
