Not only are we the care provider in Trafford rated overall "outstanding" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we have also achieved our Investors in People accreditation and won Homecare.co.uk Top 20 North West Award. These achievements are a result of the hard work, dedication and teamwork of all the staff. Our challenge is to maintain these standards.
I found Beloved following a careful search of carer services in Trafford. An initial telephone conversation with the managing director was enough to convince me that we were in safe hands, a visit from the care manager confirmed that at last, we were dealing with a professional firm who had the welfare of Dad as their priority.
Mark Collier is the Managing Director of Beloved Homecare. Mark’s passion for care was ignited following the diagnosis of his late mother with Alzheimer’s disease. After seeing first-hand the standards of care available, Mark decided to research the market and complete his care diplomas. Mark regularly keeps in contact with clients and family members, with the aim to ensure that all current clients are happy with their service and if any changes need to be made, they’re implemented.
Mark is a trustee of ‘Age UK Trafford’.
Mark said: “My primary aim is to remain Trafford’s best provider of care in the eyes of service users and their families.”
