We issue all our staff with mobile phones which connect them to the PASS System which is an industry-leading home care management system.

This effective system allows us to monitor and check, in real-time, when a carer arrives and leaves a client and to see the notes being made on all aspects of the care plan, including medication and medical condition.

The PASS system is all about ensuring that we provide a service that is delivered with transparency and this system allows us to do just that.
