Our Trafford Urgent Care services continue to be an essential service for families living in the Borough
Our services include specialist dementia care, personal care, social care and light housekeeping. Our care calls include anything from 30-minute calls a week to 24/7 care.
Before a loved one is discharged from the hospital, family members approach health care professionals such as Beloved Homecare to make the transition from a hospital to home stress-free. When you’re in hospital you are monitored regularly as well as having easy access to additional support. Often when individuals are discharged it’s harder to gain the same amount of support or resources in your own home. Our Trafford urgent care services offer a tailored care plan where we work with healthcare professionals such as doctors, district nurses, GP’s, pharmacists, physiotherapists, etc to ensure that you receive the right amount of care at home. We aim to help our client recover as quickly as possible and help keep them as independent as possible.
Family members gain peace of mind knowing a healthcare professional is by their loved one’s side delivering essential care. This gives family members the time to focus on their own life and the lives of other family members they care for. Loved ones can access our care plan on the go through our Pass System app. You can view the care plan our management team has devised live and on your phone. You can leave notes and contact our office team for any suggestions you may have. Our office phone lines are available to call between 7 – 10 pm.
Beloved Homecare is staffed by an experienced care management team & well trained Healthcare Assistants
Our care management team comprises Wendy Gorton (our Care Manager with 25 years’ experience in an NHS setting), Emma Sharples ( Our Care Supervisor who has a BSc in Psychology) and April Duffy (Who is in charge of Training & Mentoring. April has obtained a BSc Honours in Anatomy & Physiology as well as a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation).
Rigorous Training, Induction & Shadowing Programm
Our Healthcare Assistants go through a rigorous recruitment process before being offered a position at Beloved Homecare. They must complete a compulsory 2-week induction which is conducted in-house by our care management team. After the induction, our recruits complete a shadowing process with a senior member of staff whilst completing additional qualifications such as a Care Certificate.

- After an initial assessment, members of our care management team will visit the client to assess their needs and wants. We encourage loved ones to be present as we welcome suggestions and feedback.
- After identifying your needs we work with healthcare professionals, family members, neighbours and friends to devise a care plan. We then present the care plan and identify any areas we can build on.
- As quickly as possible we implement the care plan and help you or a loved one transition back into a home setting.
