No experience is necessary as full training and support is given to staff from all backgrounds.

Responsibilities of the Care Assistant:

Personal Qualities/Requirements of the Care Assistant:

  • No previous experience required, full training and support provided. Individuals from Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail & other sectors are welcome to apply.

    When you provide support and care to people in their own homes, no two days will be the same. Every scheduled visit will be different from the last and the care and support you provide will be tailored to the needs of each client. The time you spend with your clients will vary depending on their personalised care plan too and home visits can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour onwards.
