About The Role
**Please note that a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential as travel throughout Trafford is required. You will also take clients out on social calls so a car is a must**

- Assist clients to meet their desired outcomes (meal preparation, administration of medication, companionship, personal care, and social visits)

- Offer an outstanding service that is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led
- You will be dealing with elderly people who have dementia
