In addition to the training we provide to our home care assistants, here at Beloved Homecare, we require all new members of our team to complete two weeks’ worth of shadowing. How much time do you spend with each client in the community?
Throughout the working day, your visits will vary in length depending on your clients’ individual needs. Generally, the more complex a client’s needs, the longer you will spend with them on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they have everything they need.
