Beloved Homecare has partnered with everyLIFE Technologies – the owner of the end-to-end care management software, the PASS system – to improve the efficiency of our home care services.

EveryLIFE Technologies provide mobile care software to home care services, to improve the quality of care delivered in a client’s home. The PASSsystem software collects real-time comments on whether medication and care have been provided, and whether the core outcome the client is looking to achieve, such as remaining independent at home, is being met.

Using the PASSsystem’s care management platform we can update the care plan in real-time to ensure our carer’s are notified of medications and task changes immediately.

The PASSsystem is a digital care management platform that provides:

• A single view of care records – from enquiry, medication, and task changes
• The ability to review the care delivered and automate the process of assessment
• A way save resources such as paper and printer ink, as less time is required for printing assessments, duplicating notes, and administrative documents. This is because crucial information is stored onto the PASSsystem servers.

Our Care Assistants are provided with company phones to help keep them connected

As all care records are recorded online, there is no need to print paper copies, making all this useful information available on the carer’s company smartphone. Carers are provided with a company smartphone with a fully funded mobile plan to help keep them connected with the PASSsystem and one another. We invite all members of the care team onto our Beloved Homecare WhatsApp team so they can share updates with one another and communicate with members of our management team.

The unique system links live-in care, supported living and home care services:
